The great NRU Scam?

Some blog sites are calling it the Nouveau Riche University Scam. These sites are saying that the money that people are supposedly making out of the Nouveau Riche investments are based on a lot of false assumptions. They are also warning that this can be very dangerous for first-timers who are not yell well-versed with the real estate market. However, if you look at the arguments of the people who are calling it the Nouveau Riche University Scam, they have a lot of loopholes as well. Figuring out the truth behind the so-called Nouveau Riche Scam is not as easy as it looks. A lot of the arguments that are being made — either those in favor of or against Nouveau Riche University — are all based on assumptions. By nature, an assumption may or may not be true. One assumption could be very much true today, but it could be a false argument within a few months. This is pretty much the same with any investment scheme. Earnings are simply projected, most often from historical data, so there is always no guarantee that this will still hold true in the future. The amount of money you will actually make will depend other extraneous factors such as timing as well.
